2019 Bio:
Hometown is Harrisonburg, Va. I’ve been playing football since I was six years old. I played in the 2011 U.S Army All-American game. I played for and attended the University of North Carolina from 2011 to 2015. I started in 41 games as a Tar Heel and earned 1st Team All-ACC, All-American, and Jim Parker award winner in 2015. I graduated from UNC with a major in Sport Administration and English.
After college, I signed as an undrafted free agent to the New Orleans Saints in 2016. I was in New Orleans for 2 years and have since been bouncing around the NFL. My most recent stop was with the Seattle Seahawks. When I’m not travelling around or with a team I’m here in the Triangle.
I haven’t shut the door on my football career and continue training while working as a Quality Assurance Intern at Teamworks. I am learning to code and aspire to be a software developer. I also dabble in entrepreneurial pursuits; I’m getting an Offensive Lineman training business started here in the area. When I’m not scheming future business ventures or working, I am most likely playing video games. Other hobbies include but are not limited to discussing marvel things, attempting to write or watching anime with my wife, Melanie. Melanie and I are college sweethearts and have been married for 3 years!
