Director of Marketing

Brittany Allen started her role of Assistant Director, Marketing in November 2017 and was promoted to Director of Marketing in August of 2019. Her responsibilities include managing the USA Baseball Golden Spikes
Award voting and selection processes, as well as the trophy presentation and managing partnerships with
Panini America and Gatorade.
She initially joined USA Baseball as a Coordinator, Community Relations in May 2017 and in that role, Allen was
responsible for the marketing and ticketing strategies surrounding the 2017 USA Baseball Collegiate National
Team Tour. She also assisted with the execution of the Tournament of Stars Host Family Program. Just after
that, she transitioned into the role of Coordinator, Baseball Operations where she assisted the 18U National
Allen graduated from the University of North Carolina in May 2018 with a bachelor's degree in Exercise and
Sport Science with a concentration in Sports Administration. She previously worked with UNC Athletics as a Sports Marketing Intern. During her time as a Sports Marketing Intern, she oversaw the UNC Kid’s Club and assisted marketing efforts around many sports at UNC.
