Shannon Hooper

Vice President of Partnerships, 23XI Racing

Class of 2000

Shannon Hooper is the Vice President of Partnerships for 23XI Racing, a NASCAR team founded by NBA legend Michael Jordan and three-time Daytona 500 winner Denny Hamlin in 2020. Shannon brings to this new role over 22 years of elite marketing, management and account specific experience within NFL, MLS, CPG, esports, and NASCAR.

Prior to joining 23XI, Shannon was the Senior Director of Partnerships at Tepper Sports & Entertainment (TSE), the holding company for the Carolina Panthers and Charlotte FC. In her leadership role with the company, she led the Partnership Strategy and Success Teams across the Panthers and Charlotte FC. Responsible for developing the service and sales strategies including renewals and new sales.

From 2019-2021 Shannon was the Vice President of Partnership Solutions for the agency 4FRONT and was responsible for developing brand and sales strategies for a variety of key clients including the Western & Southern Open, Evil Geniuses (esports team) and Minor League Baseball. Prior to her return to NASCAR, Shannon was the Director of Business Development for Hendrick Motorsports for over fifteen years.

She resides in Davidson, North Carolina with her husband and two children Lia (12) and Van (9). She attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she was a four-year member of the Volleyball team and remains an avid Tar Heel fan.
